A1 Properties was established more than 24 years ago in Connecticut. We expanded 11 years ago to include properties in Myrtle Beach, SC & Conway SC and most recently Luxury Vacation homes in the gorgeous Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. We are extremely proud of our two newest properties 4202 Destination Sand Dollar &  1000 Memories Made Here.  Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our Residents, while making their Leasing experience something to remember.

Celebrating 32 years in this industry, she dedicates herself to providing the best Leasing experience a Resident can have. After being personally trained by some the BEST in the industry, Jessica brings her personal touch and creativity to each property and knows how to connect people with the perfect apartment they have been looking for. Jessica plays many roles within the company; Investor, Consultant, hands on Project Manager of interior & exterior renovations within every community, Facilitator, Leasing, Marketing, and everyday tasks of a Property Manager.   In April of 2022 Jessica began investing in Ocean Front & Channel Homes in the gorgeous Cherry Grove Area of Myrtle Beach. This includes leading capital improvements, redesign and staging at

Jessica's nephew Anthony has grown up in the industry.  He's always ready to landscape, lend Residents a hand in the winter and often by her side.  He most recently has assisted in the renovation decisions at

Lily is the baby of our pack.  At three years old she is a silly black Labrador and is often found with her best friend Willow.  Willow is a periense mix and often makes cameos in our marketing when she is not with her family.

Viking is the newest addition to our pack.  At five years old he moved here from Texas and is quickly acclimating to his duties as a marketing specialist.  He is a very large and curious full size puppy.

Ginny has become a marketing rockstar in just a year's time.  Ginny weighs a mere 38 pounds and is a 12-13 years mix breed (7%lab which is important to be a part of this team) who quickly took charge of everyone over 65 lbs.
