A1 Properties was established more than 24 years ago in Connecticut. We expanded 11 years ago to include properties in Myrtle Beach, SC & Conway SC and most recently Luxury Vacation homes in the gorgeous Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. We are extremely proud of our two newest properties 4202 Destination Sand Dollar & 1000 Memories Made Here. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our Residents, while making their Leasing experience something to remember.

Denis has been keeping our lights on for almost 20 years! He is known amongst the Residents for providing top-notch, prompt, reliable service. Jessica & Lew have been advertising together and each began their entrepreneurial journeys in July 2001! Lew generously hosts an annual networking event with his favorite local Property Managers with the Sun Beam for an amazing day of off shore fishing!

Meet Rosie, the captain of our Marketing Dept! When duty calls and our residents need to be informed, Rosie is first in line to assist! Rosie is an 8 year old black Labrador.

Meet Ruby, the ultimate leader in all things important. Ruby will be along on the occasional ride a long. Never worry, she is all business and keeps everything under control! Ruby is a 14 year old black Labrador.
Lloyd

Meet Lloyd, he is an 8 year old black Labrador who knows how to have a good time! You will often see Lloyd carrying his bowl, so he is always ready to go! Need to laugh? Lloydo is your man!
Lily

Lily is the baby of our pack. At five years old she is a silly black Labrador and is often found by her mom's side.
Viking

Viking is the newest addition to our pack. At 7 years old he moved here from Texas and is quickly acclimating to his duties as a marketing specialist. He is a very large and curious full size puppy.

Ginny has become a marketing rockstar in just a year's time. Ginny weighs a mere 38 pounds and is a 12-13 years mix breed (7%lab which is important to be a part of this team) who quickly took charge of everyone over 65 lbs.
