Our residents have their part, too - by following our simple guidelines, you can keep your  home in top condition and enjoy worry-free living! Here's an easy Resident Care Checklist of things you could refer to for everyday things - it will avoid unnecessary requests that may lead to charges on your rental account.  This list is posted on your interior kitchen cabinet next to the fire extinguisher. 

Maintaining your home in CT

We pride ourselves in the condition of our apartment homes.  Often, if maintenance is required, it is usually minor and easily resolved.  Please see the attached list of basic repairs that are easily remedied. This is the same list laminated and hanging in the bottom cabinets under your sink.

We love to hear from our current and Prospective Residents!  As part of our customer service promise, undivided attention in person and on the telephone is best.  If we are with someone, be sure to leave a message so we know you called!  We do not return calls from missed numbers.  If email is your preferred method, please understand we are on the road between properties and it could take up to 48 hours to respond.  If you do not hear back from us via email, please follow up in case your email went to spam as we respond to every email!
